Self-Worth

You are worthy. You are worthy. You are worthy. Repeat this to yourself on a daily basis.

What do you want in this life and what do you think you can achieve? Now compare it to what you dream to achieve. Are these two lists different?

If they are, rethink your lists. Where are you limiting yourself?

Are you lowering your standards to appease someone in your life? Are you lowering you standards because of a certain event in your past that told you, you weren’t good enough?

You can accomplish everything and anything in your wildest dreams. Understand what it is you want, how far you are willing to go to achieve it, and work every day towards this goal.

Become friends with your greatest fears. Become aware of the events of your past and where they have challenged you. How did you show up to these challenges? Did you show up believing “this is just how my life is”, and you are unworthy of happiness? Or did you stand up tall and tell yourself “you can get through this”, and “this will make me stronger”?

We find our greatest gifts through our biggest challenges.

Be proud of yourself for getting where you are today—no matter what that looks like. Commit to yourself and your path.

Compete with who you were yesterday, instead of with other people. We all have a different path and journey to bring our gifts into fruition.

Your failures, grades, upbringing— these do not define you, unless you let them. YOU define you. Tap into your passion and your soul essence; tap into your faith, tap out of fear. You can do it all, you can have it all— the only hurdle you have is your own mind.
